Choszczno is a town located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in north-western Poland. As of December 2021, the municipality had a population of 14,831 residents. It is situated in a marshy district between Klukom lake and the river Stobnica, positioned approximately 32 kilometres southeast of Stargard.
The town lies on the main railway line connecting Szczecin and Poznań. Its architectural landscape features a Gothic church alongside several historical buildings dating from the 19th-century industrial period. Notable structures include a gasification plant and a water pressure tower, which serves as a prominent feature of the local skyline.
