Wapno is a village located in Wągrowiec County within the Greater Poland Voivodeship of Poland. It is situated near the border with Żnin County.

The name Wapno translates to "lime" in Polish, which refers to the region's significant gypsum deposits that can be processed into lime. Additionally, the area contains large deposits of rock salt, which have been mined extensively since the nineteenth century.
