Trzcianka is a town situated in the Greater Poland region of northwestern Poland. It is located within the Czarnków-Trzcianka County in the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
The town is positioned on the Trzcianka River and contains three lakes within its municipal limits: Sarcze, Okunie, and Długie. As of May 2007, the population of Trzcianka was recorded at 17,131 inhabitants.
