Oborniki is a town located in west-central Poland within the Greater Poland Voivodeship. It is situated approximately 30 km (19 mi) north of the city of Poznań.
The town serves as the capital of both Oborniki County and Gmina Oborniki. As of 2005, the population of the area was recorded at 18,176 residents.
