Międzychód is a town situated in the Greater Poland Voivodeship of western Poland. It serves as the administrative seat of Międzychód County and is located on the southern shore of the Warta river, approximately 75 km (47 mi) west of Poznań.
As of the 2010 census, the town had a population of 10,844 residents. It functions as a local administrative hub within its respective county and region.
