Miłakowo is a town located in northern Poland within the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. It serves as a municipality in Ostróda County and is situated in the region known as Powiśle.
The town is positioned along the Miłakówka River. As of the 2010 census, the population of Miłakowo was recorded at 2,692 inhabitants.
