Ruda Maleniecka is a village located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in south-central Poland. It serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Ruda Maleniecka within Końskie County.
The village is situated approximately 15 km (9 mi) southwest of Końskie and 41 km (25 mi) northwest of Kielce, which is the regional capital.
