Ćmielów is a town located in Ostrowiec County within the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship of Poland. Situated in the Sandomierz Upland along the Kamienna river, it lies approximately 10 kilometers east of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski on local road nr. 755. The town serves as the seat of Gmina Ćmielów and has a recorded history dating back to the 14th century.
The town is notably recognized for housing one of Poland's oldest porcelain factories, which dates back to 1790. In addition to its industrial heritage, Ćmielów features several historical tourist attractions, including a church and the ruins of a castle, both of which originate from the 16th century.
