Myszków is a town in Poland with a population of 31,650 as of 2019. It serves as the capital of Myszków County and is situated on the Warta river within the Silesian Voivodeship. Historically, the town belonged to Lesser Poland, and its location was part of the Kraków Voivodeship's County of Lelów prior to the Partitions of Poland.
The town transitioned from the Częstochowa Voivodeship to the current administrative region between 1975 and 1998. It is notably positioned along one of Poland's oldest rail lines, the Warsaw–Vienna railway, and is located near the Central Rail Line.
