Słupsk is a city with powiat rights located in northern Poland within the Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is situated on the Słupia River in the historical region of Pomerania, specifically in the area known as Central Pomerania within the wider West Pomerania.

The city serves as the administrative seat for both Słupsk County and the rural Gmina Słupsk, although it does not belong to either entity. As of December 2021, Słupsk had a population of 88,835 inhabitants across an area of 43.15 square kilometres, making it one of the most densely populated cities in Poland.
