Janow is a village located in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district within the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It was historically part of the former municipality of Neuendorf B, which also included the village of Neuendorf B.
The area surrounding Janow features historical landmarks, most notably the ruins of Veste Landskron situated to its south. As of January 1, 2012, Janow became part of the municipality of Spantekow.
