Zagórz is a town located in Sanok County within the Subcarpathian Voivodeship of Poland. It is situated on the river Osława in the Bukowsko Upland mountains, positioned approximately 6.5 kilometres (4.0 mi) southeast of Sanok and 32.4 kilometres (20.1 mi) from Ustrzyki Dolne.
The town serves as a point along the route toward Ustrzyki Dolne and is located near the border of northeastern Slovakia, with Palota and Medzilaborce being the nearest towns in that country. As of June 2009, Zagórz had a recorded population of 4,988 residents.
