Jasło is a town located in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in south-eastern Poland. As of December 31, 2012, the municipality had a population of 36,641 inhabitants. Historically, it was part of the Krosno Voivodeship between 1975 and 1998.
Situated in Lesser Poland within the heartland of the Doły (Pits), the town sits at an average altitude of 320 metres above sea level. While the area is characterized by its surrounding geography, there are some hills located within the city limits. The patron saint of Jasło is Saint Anthony of Padua.
