Horyniec-Zdrój is a village located in Lubaczów County within the Subcarpathian Voivodeship of south-eastern Poland. It serves as the administrative seat of the Gmina Horyniec-Zdrój.
The settlement is situated approximately 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from the border with Ukraine.
