Pilawa is a town located in Garwolin County within the Masovian Voivodeship of Poland. It is situated approximately 59 kilometers (37 miles) southeast of the capital city, Warsaw.
As of 2004, the town had a population of 4,121 inhabitants. It serves as a local municipality within the eastern region of the Masovian Voivodeship.
