Rabka-Zdrój is a spa town located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of Poland. Situated in a valley on the northern slopes of the Gorce Mountains, the town lies between the cities of Kraków and Zakopane at the confluence where the Poniczanka and Słonka rivers join the Raba river.

The town has a population of approximately 13,000 inhabitants. It is characterized by a substantial population of Gorals, a distinct ethnic group native to the region.
