Łęczna is a town located in eastern Poland within the Lublin Voivodeship. Situated in the northeastern corner of the historic province of Lesser Poland, it serves as the seat of Łęczna County and the administrative district of Gmina Łęczna. As of 2014, the town had a population of 19,780 inhabitants.
Geographically, the town is positioned atop the hills of the Lublin Upland at the confluence of the Wieprz and Świnka rivers. While it lacks a rail station, Łęczna is situated along national Route 82, which connects Lublin to Włodawa. The town is also recognized as the starting point for Kameralne Pojezierze, a lakeland district that was rebranded from its previous names, Pojezierze Łęczyńsko-Włodawskie or Pojezierze Łęczyńskie.
