Kraśnik is a town located in southeastern Poland within the Lublin Voivodeship, situated in the historical region of Lesser Poland. As of 2024, the town has a population of 30,842 inhabitants and serves as the administrative seat of Kraśnik County.
The modern town was established in 1975 following the merger of two distinct districts: Kraśnik Lubelski and Kraśnik Fabryczny.
