Dęblin is a town in Poland located at the confluence of the Vistula and Wieprz rivers within the Lublin Voivodeship. It is situated in the historic region of Lesser Poland and serves as part of an agglomeration with the adjacent towns of Ryki and Puławy, which collectively house over 100,000 inhabitants. The town itself has a population of 15,505.
The town is highly significant to Polish aviation history as it has hosted the chief Polish Air Force Academy since 1927. Additionally, Dęblin serves as a key railroad junction along the major Warsaw – Kyiv line, featuring connections to Radom in the west and Łuków to the northeast.
