Sławno is a town located in the Middle Pomerania region of north-western Poland. Situated along the Wieprza river, it serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Sławno, although it is not officially part of the municipality itself. The town also functions as the capital of Sławno County within the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
As of 2019, the town has a population of 12,511 inhabitants. It remains a key administrative center for its surrounding county and region in western Poland.
