Rzgów is a town located in the Łódź East County of the Łódź Voivodeship in central Poland. As of 2020, the municipality has a population of 3,382 inhabitants.
The town is situated on the Ner River within the historical region of Sieradz Land. It is also recognized as a member of Cittaslow, an international movement focused on promoting sustainable tourism and preserving local traditions in small towns.
