Poddębice is a town situated in central Poland within the Łódź Voivodeship. It serves as the administrative capital of Poddębice County and is located approximately 40 km (25 mi) northwest of the city of Łódź.
The town is positioned within the historic region known as the Łęczyca Land. As of 2020, the population of Poddębice was recorded at 7,245 residents.
