Lutomiersk is a town situated in central Poland within the Łódź Voivodeship. It serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Lutomiersk and is located in the historical region known as Sieradz Land.
The town is positioned approximately 17 kilometers (11 miles) northwest of Pabianice and about 19 kilometers (12 miles) west of Łódź, which serves as the regional capital.
