Ksawerów is a residential neighborhood and area within the City Information System of Warsaw, Poland. It is located in the western half of the Mokotów district, specifically in an area known as Upper Mokotów. The neighborhood is characterized by diverse housing types, including mid- and high-rise apartment buildings in the Domaniewska, Ksawerów, and Skarpa estates, as well as single-family housing in the Królikarnia neighborhood to the northeast.
The area features several notable landmarks and infrastructure. It contains two neoclassical residences: the Rabbit House (1786) and the Ksawerów Manor House (1840). The former houses the Xawery Dunikowski Museum of Sculpture, a branch of the Warsaw National Museum. Additionally, the western side of Ksawerów serves as part of the city's financial district, colloquially known as Mordor, and hosts the Westfield Mokotów shopping center. Public transportation in the area is served by the Wierzbno and Wilanowska stations on the M1 line of the Warsaw Metro.
