Inowłódz is a town located in central Poland within the Łódź Voivodeship. It serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Inowłódz and is situated in Tomaszów County.
The town is positioned approximately 15 kilometres east of Tomaszów Mazowiecki and about 60 kilometres south-east of the regional capital, Łódź.
