Rypin is a town located in north-central Poland within the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is situated approximately 50 km east of the city of Toruń.
The town serves as the capital of Rypin County. As of the 2010 census, Rypin had a recorded population of 16,528 residents.
