Nakło nad Notecią is a town located in north-central Poland along the river Noteć. As of 2007, the town had a population of 23,687 inhabitants.
The town serves as the administrative seat for both Nakło County and Gmina Nakło nad Notecią within the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is situated in the ethnocultural region known as Krajna.
