Kudowa-Zdrój, often referred to simply as Kudowa, is a town situated in the southwestern part of Poland within the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It is located in Kłodzko County at the foot of the Table Mountains.
The town has a population of approximately 10,000 residents. Geographically, it sits on the Polish-Czech border directly across from the Czech town of Náchod. It is positioned roughly 40 km west of Kłodzko and about 140 km from Prague.
