Czarny Bór is a village located in southwestern Poland within the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Czarny Bór, which is an official administrative district known as a gmina.
The village is situated approximately 11 km (7 mi) west of the city of Wałbrzych and roughly 76 km (47 mi) southwest of Wrocław, the regional capital. It is positioned within Wałbrzych County.
