Tolti is a town located in Pakistan-administered Gilgit-Baltistan within the disputed Kashmir region. It serves as the administrative capital of the Kharmang District.
The village is situated on the left bank of the Indus River. Geographically, it is positioned approximately 35 km southeast of the confluence where the Indus River meets the Shyok River.
