Islamgarh is a tehsil and Municipal Committee located in the Mirpur District of Pakistan. Situated near the Mangla Dam of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the city lies on the southern part of the Pir Panjal Range.
The town is positioned approximately 28 kilometers northeast of Mirpur. As of 2023, Islamgarh had a recorded population of 175,651 residents.
