Athmuqam is a tehsil located in the Neelum District of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It serves as the administrative headquarters for the Neelum District and is situated approximately 73 kilometres (45 miles) from the city of Muzaffarabad.
As of 2017, the population of Athmuqam was recorded at 7,922. The area functions as a primary administrative hub within its region of Azad Kashmir.
