Matli is a town located in the Badin District of the Sindh province in Pakistan. It serves as the administrative capital of Matli Taluka, which is an administrative subdivision within the district.
The town is situated at coordinates 25°2'0N 68°39'0E with an altitude of approximately 9 metres (32 feet). Administratively, the area is divided into two Union councils.
