Garhi Khairo is a town and tehsil located in the Jacobabad District of Sindh, Pakistan. According to the 2023 census, the population of Garhi Khairo Tehsil is 193,297.
The area is connected by road to the cities of Jacobabad, Ratodero, and Shahdadkot. It also shares a provincial border with Balochistan on its Usta Muhammad side.
