Kot Ghulam Muhammad is a tehsil located in the south-east region of the Mirpur Khas District within the Sindh Province of Pakistan. The area is situated approximately 45 kilometres (28 miles) south of the city of Mirpur Khas.
The location is named after Ghulam Muhammad Khan Bhurgri. Geographically, it is positioned to the west of Samaro and to the north of Digri.
