Mansehra is a city located in the Hazara Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. It serves as the administrative headquarters for both its namesake district and tehsil.
The city ranks as the 71st most populous city in Pakistan and the 7th most populous within the province. Historically, it was first founded by Mirza Raja Man Singh I, a governor of Kabul Subah during the reign of Akbar, and was later re-established by the Swati tribe in 1703.
