Khalabat is a union council located within the Haripur District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It serves as one of the administrative divisions for Tarbela Township, which is situated in a hilly plain area approximately 65 km north of Islamabad and 35 km south of Abbottabad.
The township is organized into four sectors divided between two union councils. The Khalabat Union Council specifically encompasses sector 3 and sector 4 of the region.
