Charsadda is a town and the headquarters of the Charsadda District, located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Situated within the Valley of Peshawar, it sits at an altitude of 276 metres (906 ft).
The town is positioned approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) from Peshawar, which serves as the provincial capital.
