Taguig, officially known as the City of Taguig, is a highly urbanized city located in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. As of the 2024 census, the city has a population of 1,308,085 people and serves as a national center for finance, technology, culture, entertainment, media, academics, arts, and fashion.
The city is an important hub for international diplomacy, hosting several embassies. It is home to Fort Bonifacio, which contains major financial districts including Bonifacio Global City, McKinley Hill, and the Bonifacio Capital District. These areas house the headquarters of numerous local and multinational corporations.
Taguig features the third-largest skyline in the Philippines, consisting of 289 high-rises. Of these structures, 80 exceed a height of 100 meters (328 feet).
