Caibiran, officially known as the Municipality of Caibiran, is a municipality located in the province of Biliran in the Philippines. It serves as one of the local government units within the island province.
As of the 2024 census, the municipality has a recorded population of 24,444 people. The residents of Caibiran predominantly speak the Waray language as their primary means of communication.
