Liloan, officially known as the Municipality of Liloan, is a municipality located in the province of Cebu in the Philippines. It serves as a primary gateway connecting Metro Cebu to the northern regions of the island.
According to the 2024 census, Liloan has a population of 158,387 people, making it the most populated municipality in both the province of Cebu and the entire Visayas region. The area is recognized by the nickname "Light of North" and is notably known as the home of Titay's rosquillos.
