Panay is an island located in the Philippines. It ranks as the sixth-largest and fourth-most populous island in the country, covering a total land area of 12,011 km2 (4,637 sq mi).
As of the 2024 census, the island has a total population of 4,669,037, which accounts for 4.4 percent of the entire national population. The City of Iloilo serves as its largest settlement, with a recorded population of 473,728 inhabitants.
