Iloilo is a province located in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines. It occupies the southeast portion of the Visayan island of Panay and is bordered by Antique to the west, Capiz to the north, the Jintotolo Channel to the northeast, the Guimaras Strait to the east, and the Iloilo Strait and Panay Gulf to the southwest.

The province's capital and largest city is Iloilo City, which serves as the regional center of Western Visayas. While Iloilo City is geographically located within the province and grouped under it by the Philippine Statistics Authority, it remains politically independent from the provincial government. The city also serves as the center of the Iloilo–Guimaras metropolitan area.

According to the 2024 census, the population of the province is 2,082,616. When including the population of Iloilo City, the total population for the area reaches 2,556,344.
