Sasmuan, officially known as the Municipality of Sasmuan, is a municipality located in the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. Historically, the area was referred to by its Spanish name, Sexmoán.
According to the 2024 census, the municipality has a population of 32,081 people. It currently holds the distinction of being the least populated municipality within the province of Pampanga.
