General Tinio is a first-class municipality located in the province of Nueva Ecija in the Philippines. According to the 2024 census, the municipality has a population of 58,093 people.
The area was formerly known as Papaya until it was renamed in 1957. It currently functions as a recognized local government unit within its province.
