Sigay, officially known as the Municipality of Sigay, is a local government unit located in the province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. It serves as one of the constituent municipalities within the region.
According to the 2024 census, the municipality has a population of 2,577 people. Due to this demographic size, Sigay is recognized as the least populated municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur.
