Quirino, officially known as the Province of Quirino, is a landlocked province located in the Cagayan Valley region of Luzon in the Philippines. The province serves as a distinct administrative division within the northern part of the country.
The capital of the province is Cabarroguis, though Diffun is recognized as its most populous municipality. The province takes its name from Elpidio Quirino, who served as the sixth President of the Philippines.
