Cerro Silvestre is a corregimiento located in the Arraiján District within the Panamá Oeste Province of Panama. It was officially established as a distinct administrative division through Law 42 on April 30, 2003.
As of the 2010 census, the population of Cerro Silvestre was recorded at 23,592 residents. The area serves as one of the constituent localities within the broader Arraiján District region.
