Cerro Pelado is a fast-growing population center and neighborhood located in the Maldonado Department of southeastern Uruguay. It serves as one of the northern suburbs of Maldonado, situated alongside other residential areas such as Villa Delia and La Sonrisa.
In the 2011 census, Cerro Pelado was identified as the sixth largest populated center within the department. The area of influence for this neighborhood is reported to have a population of approximately 12,000 inhabitants.
