Río Luis is a corregimiento located in the Santa Fé District of the Veraguas Province in Panama. It was officially established by Law 58 on July 29, 1998, following the Declaration of Unconstitutionality of Law 1 of 1982.
The area has seen population growth over recent decades; it recorded a population of 1,708 in the year 2000 and reached a population of 2,204 by 2010.
